About Itmad-ud-Daulah
Itmad-ud-Daulah, popularly known as the Baby Taj, is a beautiful Mughal mausoleum located on the banks of the Yamuna River in Agra. It was built between 1622 and 1628 by Nur Jahan in memory of her father Mirza Ghiyas Beg.
This monument is considered a precursor to the Taj Mahal and is famous for its delicate marble inlay work, lattice screens, and peaceful gardens.
